THE CLEANING METHOD WE USE IS AN EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE AND PROVEN CARPET CLEANING METHOD that differs greatly from traditional hot water extraction cleaning. Hot water extraction on average uses up to approximately 60–120 gallons of water in order to clean about 1000 square feet of carpet and often times uses soaps and detergents with higher levels of chemical contents. These detergents can also leave the carpet fibers coated in a sticky residue that quickly attracts dirty soils right back into the carpet again. The excessive water usage can also cause stains and blemishes to reappear on the carpet through a process called "wicking".
INSTEAD, WE USE A CARPET CLEANING METHOD CALLED ENCAPSULATION CLEANING or very low moisture cleaning (VLM). This method of cleaning is extremely safe and effective for both residential and commercial carpets and can save upwards to 100+ gallons of water to clean the same 1000 square feet of carpet as compared to traditional hot water extraction methods. "Wicking" is also a very rare occurrence with this method due to the absence of heavy water usage, paired with rapid drying times and the chemistry of the encapsulation cleaning solution we use.
THE ENVIRONMENTALLY PREFERRED ENCAPSULATION CLEANING SOLUTION we use also coats the fibers of the carpet with a protectant that actually repels dirty soils rather than leaving sticky residues on them like traditional detergents do leaving your carpet clean and looking better for substantially longer.

WATER USAGE
Due to not operating via traditional hot water extraction* just 4 ounces of the cleaning solution we use, can effectively clean up to 300 square feet of dirty carpet using only 1 gallon of water! That's the usage equivalent of two 2-litre bottles of water to clean 300 square feet!
* Exception for road salt removal, extraction is required, but minimal water is used.

All of our disposable gloves are landfill bio-degradable and we sanitize all of our carpet cleaning pads with a hot water laundry cycle, plant based detergent and a dryer cycle. Meaning each pad we use is clean and has an extremely long life cycle leading to much less waste headed to our landfills.
